We are currently seeking Human Resources Manager to join our ever-growing company.

Position Purpose -
Manage HR Review Process Results including total store attrition, diversity in the store, effective wage management, and Associate survey results.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Organization Effectiveness
- Drive the stores HR Review process to accurately assess talent
- Coordinate Associate surveys and assessments as necessary
Staffing
- Manage the hiring process to ensure compliance with all applicable law and policy
- Forecast and analyze workforce-planning data and provide feedback to management team
- Execute stores staffing strategy focusing on proper full-time to peak-time ratio, certified specialists, diversity and demographics
- Recommend final candidates for job openings with start rate proposals to store manager for approval
- Assist with external recruitment including targeted salaried managers as necessary
Training, Learning and Development
- Effectively execute Associate training programs in the store
- Assess training needs and quality of stores training delivery
- Ensure training is provided on AR/HR issues
- Ensure store management including associates in supervisory capacity are trained in relevant Federal and Provincial employment laws
- Ensure that each Associate has an opportunity for training and development
Performance Management
- Drive the review process for consistency, fairness, timeliness and effective utilization of payroll to maximize store performance
- Coach and provide input to other managers and supervisors to provid | Plant Accountant

Plant Accountant.
The ideal candidate will have; Integrity, an entrepreneurial drive for Value Creation and a strong Customer Focus. This position reports to the Plant Controller, and will appeal to energetic, career-minded individuals seeking the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of plant accounting and financial reporting responsibilities, which will increase with a proven track record.
Responsibilities
Work with the local accounting team to complete month end processing and reporting. Perform assigned account analyses. Assist with forecasting and budgeting. Provide financial support for local management as required. Assist local management in their evaluation of cost savings opportunities. Provide support to Divisional accounting group (ad hoc requests and reports, special projects). Work with the local accounting team to help maintain financial reporting systems and controls. Assist in local internal audits and maintenance of control documentation. Assist with many of the functions related to Salaried payroll.
Requirements
· 1-2 years related work experience
· a university degree, with a minimum 3.0 GPA, with five basic accounting courses;

§ Intermediate Accounting I & II
§ Cost Accounting
· entering the CMA Accelerated program or recent successful Entrance exam participant
· Strong computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with client/server based accounting systems (GL, Sales, A/P, A/R, production accounting and payroll)
Communication, Interpersonal and problem-solving: Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset.
Salary range is $48-55K depending on experience. GP offers competitive benefits and performance based bonuses.
