As Store General Manager, you will be responsible for growing the revenue of the business, while maintaining operational standards, leading the store management team and creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for maximizing the net profit of the store through the management of six key areas:
* Exceptional Customer Service
* Maximizing Sales
* Store Presentation
* Expense and Cost Management
* Protection of Assets
* People Management
* Ensure the essence of The Power of Sport is exhibited at all times
* Ensure that all elements of the Customer Service Experience are adhered to at all times
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years in a retail environment, preferably at a supervisory level
* Fundamental retail math and accounting skills
* Experience as a Customer Service Manager or Store Operations Manager within a Sporting retail environment would be an asset
* Proven leadership experience
* Strong people, communication and organizational skills
* A proven track record of business growth and exceptional customer service skills and standards
* Post secondary education in business management considered an asset
