District Sales Manager Atlantic Region
In this role, you will be responsible for directing and enhancing the business performance of our Franchisee group for the Atlantic region. You will accomplish this by directly participating in the sales activities of Franchisees and promoting and facilitating on-going training in the areas of identifying customer needs, sales planning, sales techniques, merchandizing products, new business development and collection of receivables to assist the Franchisees in growing their business.
The District Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying and developing routes for Franchisees and Sales Representatives as well as recruiting and orienting new Franchisees to Snap-on.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and management abilities and is driven by understanding and exceeding customers expectations. You are a self-motivated team player with superb communication skills and a proven sales record. Experience in the automotive industry would be a definite asset. Post-secondary education in business or equivalent business experience would also be an asset. A vehicle for business use and a valid drivers license are required.
