The Web Design Architect is responsible for assessing and capturing clients' web design needs and managing the ongoing client relationships. Acting as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, the Architect will establish website needs and prepare custom website design blueprints, formulating website design solutions and effectively present recommendations and options to the clients.
The Architect will provide ongoing consultation with clients for the growth and maintenance of their web presence in one or more specialty categories: eCommerce, Search Engine Marketing, Competitive Analysis, etc., troubleshoot issues with client websites, including identification and resolution of problems, deliver and maintain expected productivity and quality standards and work in a team environment by making recommendations on process and procedure issues, product modifications and document requirements.
The successful candidate will possess a post-secondary education in web design, graphic design or business plus 2-3 years experience in managing client relationships or account management. They have working knowledge of PHP, HTML, Javascript, Dreamweaver, eCommerce, Flash/Animation, Database SQL, as well as knowledge of industry standards and trends. This individual has strong consulting skills that include both effective listening and actively engaging clients in discussion to determine business needs and website ideas and effective analytical skills including the ability to synthesize design requirements and handle multiple projects and accounts.

POSITION:
Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Services Canada, the Supervisor, Account Associate will be responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of service to meet or exceed CSC client expectations along with strengthening the companys market presence by assessing the customers needs and providing the appropriate service solution. This solutions-based client support will be achieved through close collaboration with the corporate client, Account Executives, the Manager Corporate Services, the Fulfillment team and through the coordination of assigned Account Associates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain and strengthen the corporate client relationship by providing personalized, prompt, effective professional service using a consultative approach and through the coordination of the client support activities of assigned Account Associates.
* As the senior customer-facing contact for corporate partners, ensure that accounts are managed on a daily basis, with telephone, e-mail, and CRM support and ensure that tasks delegated to the assigned Account Associates are completed in a timely fashion and that client commitments are met.
* Provide the necessary training and development of the Account Associates in regards to systems, processes and new product offerings and serve as the first line of contact in the escalation procedure in problem resolution.
* Liaise with other functional groups to ensure processes are current and interaction amongst teams is effective and efficient
* Provide support to the Corporate Sales Team with client transition issues and actively partner with the sales team on campaigns focused on driving revenue.
* Research, review and recommend improvements to departmental procedures, system enhancement, templates and reporting processes.
* Conduct staff semi-annual and annual performance reviews and deal effectively with all discipline and performance issues along with assistance from the Manager and Human Resources.
